I have been a long time customer and I feel like A-Plus is a family to me. They are ALWAYS ready to help me and make me feel at home. I LOVE everyone in the office! I'm profoundly Deaf and it's hard to find a loaner hearing aid powerful enough for me. But they always come through for me! When I need a repair, they take care of my "sick" hearing aid immediately so I can get it back ASAP! I can always count on them. I moved far away from A-Plus and there are many other hearing aid places near me but I am WILLING to drive an extra 30 minutes to A-Plus! It's just an amazing place. I refer everyone to them. I took my 90 year old mother in to have her hearing tested. She was very resistant to the whole idea and I was worried because I pretty much forced her to go. What a relief that the people there treated her with great respect and they showed her all about her hearing loss and how it affected the whole family. We walked out with hearing aids in November and it made the holidays so much better for all. Can't thank the people at A-plus enough for their patience with my mother.

I have never given a company or product a written review before but people need to know about these folks. This is a company with great products and service, are extremely knowledgeable. Here's the bonus. The people that own and operate A Plus Hearing Aid in Bothell, WA are truly amazing.
I was referred to A Plus by a friend about 9 years ago and bought what at the time were the best hearing aids that were available. From time to time I would go back for adjustments and hearing tests and Mark Adams, the owner, took just great care of me. He was accessible, answered all my questions, tuned up my "helpers" and did whatever was necessary. Mark and his staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Basically, they couldn't have done more for me, or so I thought.
A little over a year ago I lost one of my original hearing aids and went back in to see them to get a replacement. While I was there they showed me a new technology product from NuEar. As good as the old ones were, and I thought they were pretty great; these new hearing aids are amazing. After a routine (and no charge) hearing test, they programmed the new aids and I immediately realized what sounds I was missing. It was significant. They are virtually undetectable when I wear them, I can hear a broad range of new sounds and I find that I could talk on the telephone with none of the annoying feedback "whistling" noise that I had with my old aids.
As great as the new hearing aids are, my experience at A Plus Hearing Aid in Bothell would not be what it is without Mark and his people. I live in Seattle on Queen Ann hill and while there are several companies that are closer to where I live, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I went to A-Plus Hearing Aid because I needed help to hear what was going on about me in the world. From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed by the cordial welcome from Kim, the Admissions and Office person (personally, I think she runs the entire office), and the expert and thorough testing and analysis by Christie Sedoo. It was a very pleasurable experience, and this carried over to the return visits I made to have minor adjustments to my Nu-Ear Hearing aids. I would not hesitate to give that firm the highest marks in customer satisfaction and respect, and will certainly recommend them to others who need help with their hearing difficulties.

How can we know where to turn in safety other than a personal recommendation from someone in the same boat as we? Hello, I am L.R. (Butch) McGuire, an old retired guy with a serious hearing problem, with a time-tested story of incredible customer service and value over the last many years.
