Doctor of Audiology
Marci Leong is an audiologist licensed in the state of Washington. She was born and raised in Seattle, attending the University of Washington for both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences and Audiology. She later earned her Clinical Doctorate enrolling in the University of Florida’s hybrid learning program. Marci’s favorite sounds are silence and group chatter/laughter.
Andrea Vintertun, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Andrea Vintertun is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. Andrea is originally from Woodinville WA, but attended the University of Oregon to get her degree in Speech and Hearing. Andrea started working at A-Plus Hearing Aid in 2010.
Your hearing health is important to Andrea and she strives to give her patients the best quality hearing.
Vince Hofford, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Vince is a Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist since 2002. He has worked out of Everett, Washington since 2007 and has hosted many Special Events in Anchorage and Kenai, Alaska since 2017. Vince has also worked with local Lions Clubs throughout greater Seattle and Everett, Washington. Making a difference and improving the quality of life for his Hearing patients is his greatest joy and honor. He is proud to be a father of 4 children serving our country in the armed forces and proud to be a part of the Starkey family since 2010.
Blake Leong
Audio Tech
Blake is an Audio Technician who has been working at A Plus Hearing since 2021. Washington born and raised besides a brief stint in San Francisco Bay Area, he has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and a master’s degree from CSU Stanislaus.
On the job he enjoys working with people to see tangible improvements in their hearing. Off the job he can usually be found drinking coffee, out with the dogs, or hiding indoors from the heat during summer.
Matthew Johnson, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Matthew Johnson is a Licensed Hearing Instrumental specialist, Matthew, is originally from Fairwood WA, and moved to Kent, WA in 1993. Matthew attended Bates Technical college and started working at A Plus Hearing in 2021. Matthew began working in the hearing industry in 2021 and was drawn to the profession because of his ongoing desire to help people, have their best quality of life.
What Matthew loves most about saving hearing lives is getting a chance to use his education to help and service people to the best of his ability. Matthew strives to continuously grow in the industry while giving the best possible customer service in everyday work with patients.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Matthew loves hobbies such as spending time with family, staying physically active, and attending church.
Michelle Mitchell, PSC
Patient Services Coordinator
Hi! My name is Michelle Mitchell. I started working for A Plus Hearing in May 2020. Prior to working at A Plus I have 20 years in the insurance industry.
I have been married for 27 years. Outside of work, I spend time with my family and like to be creative by doing many types of crafts.
As the Patient Services Coordinator, I strive to make every patient feel comfortable and welcomed.
Tobi Speaker, PSC
Patient Services Coordinator
Tobi Speaker is a Patient Services Coordinator, Tobi is originally from Spanaway, WA but moved to the Edgewood area in 2022. She recently graduated from Seattle Pacific University with her Bachelor’s degree in Music production and started working at A Plus Hearing in 2023. She previously worked at All American Hearing in 2022 before becoming a PSC for A Plus Hearing. She always wanted to help people and wanted to explore how to use her knowledge of sound to help people in a practical setting as well as in a creative way. Outside of helping patients make sure they receive the best service they can, she enjoys copious amounts of reading, exploring new places in Washington and doing anything outside with friends and family.
