Marissa Morton, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
As the sole provider at our Everett, Washington office, I bring a patient-centered approach, shaped by years of hands-on experience and a passion for educating people on their hearing health. I entered the industry in 2022 as a practice manager, where I focused on improving both patient care and clinic operations. From implementing electronic charting and patient texting to creating branded educational resources, my work helped drive significant growth in both patient satisfaction and clinic success. Inspired to empower patients to make better informed decisions about their hearing health, I decided to become a provider. I completed my associate degree at North Idaho College and went on to graduate from the Washington Hearing Aid Specialist Training program, earning my license in July 2024.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside experienced hearing aid specialists and audiologists who each shared their unique insights—experience that has helped shape me into a well-rounded, resourceful provider. I’ve also invested in continued education through national conferences and regional clinical trainings to ensure I’m always growing in my ability to serve my patients. Outside the clinic, I enjoy the beautiful Pacific Northwest through hiking, kayaking, and camping. As a lifelong creative, I channel my creativity through music and photography. I’m lucky to call the Seattle area home, where I live with my wonderful spouse, our two cats, and our energetic corgi-border collie, Edith. And if you ever need me for a quick escape, you’ll find me at Pike Place Market—it’s my favorite spot in the world.

I have lived in the Kent/Covington/Maple Valley area for most of my adult life and have raised my family here. I love having a positive impact and being of service in the community. Coming from a position in education to an Audio Technician means still serving the community I love by assisting patients with their hearing to have their best quality of life. The smile on people’s faces when we have made an impact here in our office is the best part of my job.
Outside of being an Audio Technician what I enjoy most is spending time with my family, especially time with my daughters and our horses they show competitively, all the way up to the National and World Competition.
Christilynn Talbott
Patient Services Coordinator
Christi Talbott is a Patient Services Coordinator. She started working in our Everett clinic in August of 2025. She is drawn to help people hear better because of here own experience with her husband’s frustration with her not being able to hear him. She likes to think of this as being a little bit of a marriage counselor; helping husbands and wives be able to communicate without saying Huh? all the time. Of course, she herself is happily wearing our hearing aids and is quick to recommend getting them. It’s just like wearing glasses to help you see or taking medicine to manage health issues. Why wouldn’t you if it improves your life?
Outside of saving hearing lives, Christi enjoys spending time with her large flock of grandchildren, knitting and growing her own food.
