Andrea Vintertun is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. Andrea is originally from Woodinville WA, but attended the University of Oregon to get her degree in Speech and Hearing. Andrea started working at A-Plus Hearing Aid in 2010.
Your hearing health is important to Andrea and she strives to give her patients the best quality hearing.
Marci Leong, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
Marci Leong is an audiologist licensed in the state of Washington. She was born and raised in Seattle, attending the University of Washington for both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences and Audiology. She later earned her Clinical Doctorate enrolling in the University of Florida’s hybrid learning program. Marci’s favorite sounds are silence and group chatter/laughter.
Camilo Hernandez Perez, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Camilo Hernandez is a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist originally from Medellín, Colombia, who relocated to Washington in 2020. He earned his Masters degree in Audiology in 2018 from Corporación Universitaria Iberoamericana in Bogotá, Colombia, and is currently working towards his Doctor of Audiology degree at Drexel University in Philadelphia, expected in the summer of 2025.
Camilo joined the Audibel team in 2023, where he continues his passion for helping people. He is dedicated to improving their quality of life through better hearing health. With a strong commitment to patient care, he strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of his clients and ensure they receive the best possible support for their hearing needs.
Sandra Beard
Patient Care Coordinator
I have lived in the Kent/Covington/Maple Valley area for most of my adult life and have raised my family here. I love having a positive impact and being of service in the community. Coming from a position in education to a Patient Care Coordinator means still serving the community I love by assisting patients with their hearing to have their best quality of life. The smile on people’s faces when we have made an impact here in our office is the best part of my job.
Outside of being a Patient Care Coordinator what I enjoy most is spending time with my family, especially time with my daughters and our horses they show competitively, all the way up to the National and World Competition.
Christilynn Talbott
Patient Care Coordinator
Christi Talbott is a Patient Care Coordinator. She started working in our Everett clinic in August of 2025. She is drawn to help people hear better because of here own experience with her husband’s frustration with her not being able to hear him. She likes to think of this as being a little bit of a marriage counselor; helping husbands and wives be able to communicate without saying Huh? all the time. Of course, she herself is happily wearing our hearing aids and is quick to recommend getting them. It’s just like wearing glasses to help you see or taking medicine to manage health issues. Why wouldn’t you if it improves your life?
Outside of saving hearing lives, Christi enjoys spending time with her large flock of grandchildren, knitting and growing her own food.
Jess Singh
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Jess Singh is a Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. Jess is originally from Toronto, Canada and moved to Renton, WA in 2019. Jess attended McMaster University and started working at A Plus Hearing Aid Center in 2025. Jess began working in the hearing industry in 2013 and was drawn to the profession because she was inspired by helping care for her grandmother’s hearing aids. From a young age, she assisted with cleaning and adjusting hearing aid trimpots using a small screwdriver set to help tweak frequency response, gain, compression, and other acoustic settings, witnessing firsthand the positive impact better hearing had on her grandmother’s life and her own. Those experiences sparked a lasting passion for hearing care and has continued to motivate her to help patients every day through better hearing and compassionate care. Outside of saving hearing lives, Jess loves spending time with her family, volunteering and teaching music to local elementary/middle school students, and many adventures to the dog park.

Maria Brown
Patient Care Coordinator
I relocated to Washington from a small town in Oklahoma and have built a diverse professional background across several industries. Throughout my career, I have gained experience in customer service, healthcare support, and reimbursement services. Most recently, I worked as a Reimbursement Specialist, helping patients navigate insurance and payment processes.
Serving others has always been important to me. Since childhood, I have looked for opportunities to help members of my community, whether through simple acts of service or providing support to those in need. That passion for helping others continues to motivate me today.
I am especially grateful for the opportunity to be part of this organization. What drew me here was not only the chance to grow professionally, but also the company’s commitment to improving lives. Being part of an organization that makes such a meaningful impact is incredibly rewarding and aligns closely with my personal values.
